Golf Revolver, LLC understands that you care about the privacy of your information, and we take seriously the responsibility to be open and transparent with you regarding how it will be used. For that reason, we have prepared the following Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review. By using or accessing the App in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent to us collecting, using and sharing your information in the following ways.

The use of the App is at all times governed by our Terms of Use, which incorporate this Privacy Policy. Any capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy that are not defined herein have the definitions given to such terms in the Terms of Use.

Applicability of this Privacy Policy

This Policy covers all personal information provided to us by Users in the course of their use of the App. As we will explain in more detail below, in order for Users to access the App or set up an account on the App, there is certain personal information that they must provide to us. This policy does not cover the treatment of personal information that you provide to third party apps or websites that you might access through the App, as such information will be governed by the privacy policies of those third-party apps or websites.

As we stated in our Terms of Use, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not attempt to set up an account on the App, or to register as a Guest. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete the information as quickly as possible. Personal Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. As explained in our Terms of Use, in order to begin using the App, an individual must provide us with their legal name and a correct email address.

Information Collected Automatically

In addition to collecting and storing your name, email address and username, we utilize Google Analytics to collect usage data regarding the App. Such usage data may include the type of screen or device logging onto the App, the IP address of the device logging onto the App, the location of the IP address logging onto the app, the frequency with which a User posts information on this App, and how Users interact with the App (collectively, “Metadata”). None of the Metadata described in this paragraph will include information that personally identifies Users.

What We Do with Your Personal Information

We store the personal information you provide to us on Google Firebase. The data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and access to the data directly is limited to machines that have been given access to the same VPC (virtual private network). We may utilize the email address you provide to us to send communications to you regarding the App or related services we offer. We may also sell your email address to third parties who would have interest in marketing their products or services to the App’s Users.

The Metadata we collect automatically through Google Analytics is used and analyzed in the aggregate in order to detect usage trends for the purpose of marketing analytics and marketing activities, and for the purpose of improving the services we offer to Users.

The only other instance in which we will provide your personal information to third parties is in the event we are required to do so by law, such as in the event a subpoena is issued for your information, a court orders the release of the information, etc., or in the event we sell our business to another entity and as part of the sale we agree to transfer Users’ personal information to the buyer.

Options Users Have Related to Personal Information

You always have the option not to disclose your personal information to us, but it may mean that we cannot make the information provided on the App available to you.

You have the option of deleting any account you created with us at any time, and upon doing so, your personal information will be deleted from our system.

You have the ability to update the personal information you provide to us and correct any inaccurate information we have about you through the Profile menu within the App.
